Maintenance Schedule - Chlorine Pools

Daily

• Check water level and top off if needed
• Check chlorine, pH and total alkalinity levels
• Check skimmer and pump baskets for debris, clean out as needed
• Check filter pressure and backwash if needed
• Add needed chemicals necessary to balance pool wat

Weekly

• Superchlorinate (shock) pool with liquid chlorine or quick acting shock (Depending on usage, weather conditions and water conditions, more frequent shock treatments may be needed)
• Add a maintenance dose of algaecide
• Vacuum pool if needed
• Brush walls and ladder treads
• Change chlorine if canister is empty or add chlorine tablets if needed

Monthly

• Bring water sample to Pleasure Pools for a free complete water analysis
